I look forward to the inventiveness of those thread title pictures just as much as the episodes themselves.

Where do you get these posters from. They are amazing.

I wonder if this is the episode Lorca dies. I think it’s a given he won’t make it to season 2.

Also I hope this episode is at least 45 minutes. An hour would be great.

Jason Isaacs is great. If they write out Lorca, I'll miss not just the character but his actor.

It is pretty funny to think they got away with sneaking Ming the Merciless into Star Trek.

    That's a winner lol

^ It is. Isaacs is hilarious.

Thanks everyone. The theme fits, sword and all.

    Sure.

The pic didn't work when Lorca's face was the same size as Georgiou's.

I make them all myself in Photoshop.

Anyway, Trek is certainly at an interesting place now. Who would have thought that we'd one day see the Captain turning out to be an imposter and in a situation with no going back. Some have speculated that...

Lorca will simply let the Discovery go back to its own universe.

...but what will happen to Lorca himself? I can't imagine a situation where he just goes back to the captain's chair. Will he die as speculated above? Will Isaacs be written out? Can't wait to find out. I'm doing my best to avoid speculation because that usually turns out to be accurate.

And how will they resolve the Klingon war in just three episodes?

I'm also getting the impression that we won't see the Defiant. It'll be nice if I'm wrong though.

Lorca, going by the nickname "Skipper", will buy a private ship which he names the ISS Minnow and conduct 3-hour excursions to the MU for paying customers. Harry Mudd will partner with him but deeply resents Lorca calling him "Little Buddy" all the time.
