And IMDB is as reliable as Wikipedia
The fact that CBS hasn’t released any info about the identity of the actor that portrays Voq (one of the main characters of the show) makes this rumor: PLAUSIBLE!

I agree. The fact that CBS hasn’t released any info about the identity of the actor that portrays Voq (one of the main characters of the show) makes this rumor: PLAUSIBLE!
I feel it's a bit disingenuous to have a character introduced to the audience as having suffered torture and imprisonment in a war setting, to be suffering from PTSD as I believe Shazad explained it - only for it then to be revealed as a lie?
He's not Shazad Latif or Lieutenant Tyler.
This notion is silly.
It depends really. If the procedure Voq goes under makes him actually think hes Tyler, the PTSD would still be genuine. He would be suffering it, if it is an implanted memory. It still means it actually happened to the real Tyler.
This idea that Voq is Lieutenant Tyler is silly.
No it isn't.
Yes, it is.

Trivia:
He is not the Canadian actor that played the role of "Voq" in the CBS Star Trek: Discovery (2017) TV series.
^ Whatever.
It's a silly idea, regardless.
