Well, trying to find out what love instructors were gave me the distinct impression that the subject was "taboo." (Pun possibly intended)I bet the 'uncle' was the love instructor...what was Winona up to when George was away????

I don't think Roddenberry would have had much impact, negatively or positively, on the rest of TNG (I'm not sure if him stepping back in the third and more fourth season was because he had to because of health or because he was pretty pleased with what Piller was doing or both) or Voyager, other than complaining about the Maquis plot. He probably would object to DS9 having too much conflict and violent and not enough idealism.

If Gene lived longer, Shatner likely would've kept it out of his Star Trek Memories book. But sooner or later in the 90's, somebody would have broken their silence. And Gene would have had to publicly deal with that, and its impact on his legacy, in his last years. Something to think about.

There is a rumour he had a fling with Nichelle Nichols.
According to the rumors, that would have been at the same time he was in a relationship with Barrett. I'm not sure if it was ever substantiated.

Are you sure you have the name right there? IMDB doesn't have Lolita Fatjo working on TNG before 1992 and her only credit as an actress is in an episode of DS9.
Not a rumor. Nichols has confirmed that she had a relationship with GR before the Star Trek series.
Roddenberry's former assistant Susan Sackett also had a long affair with Roddenberry. She was one of the crewmen in the rec deck scene in TMP and later wrote a book about her relationship with Roddenberry.

What scene was the actress in? If I had to guess, I'd say it would be when the female officer shows Riker the wall computer interface when he's looking for Data, and then checks out his ass as he's walking away. She looks like Roddenberry's type, and the scene is pretty extraneous.

Yep, that was my guess. I don't remember her being particularly good.
