Past episodes are only very rarely remembered on Voyager and when they are most of the time they are retconned rather than remembered. When braxton for example "remembers" his previous meetings with Janeway they are only vaguely related to what we actually saw.

No, but consider that YoH was a compromise, and there is no reason to believe that Braga would have wanted to see the series reset if it had gone through a year long arc. The reset button always reflected the desires of the studio, not the writers in particular. Had Braga won the argument about Year of Hell, there is every reason to believe that Voyager would have been embracing serialization in some way.
If they didn't hit the reset button it'd be different, sure, but then it wouldn't be a one season arc, it'd have been the entire series - which, as I'm sure we all agree with here, is what the show should have been the entire time.
Two small enemy crews forced to work together on one ship, surviving through 70,000 light years of hostile forces with no support, limited supplies, and little hope. All with the knowledge that if they survive their earlier trials an advanced cybernetic / biological species bent on their destruction is coming for them.
I would watch that show.

You liked how they ended BSG? It didn't ruin the series for me or anything but I didn't much care for it.
I was cool with it. Trek has boatloads of god-beings who meddle in human affairs. This just involved god-beings meddling in human affairs who didn't explain themselves. And unless I missed something, everyone didn't turn out to be an angel.

Three of the main cast being angels is a good percentage of it 
To each his own, I'll agree that the ending of the series was better than the follow up "The Plan" where it was revealed that that super secret, elaborate plan mentioned in the opening credits of the episodes turned out to be "Kill all humans" .

Well, one was an "angel" all along and said as much fairly early on...it just turned out that she wasn't lying. Another took the form of a main character, but wasn't the character himself. The third I didn't mind...I really liked what they did with her last scene.

I enjoyed the BSG finale too. I still miss that series. The only one I can remember 'suddenly' turning into an angel was Starbuck, though we knew something wasn't right with her after we found out she hadn't died.
We knew Head Six and Head Baltar weren't really there for as long as they appeared, and they aren't the actual characters they look like. The whole point of them was that Baltar and Six thought they were imagining the whole thing at first, until they finally realised their role in everything.

Oh you are perfectly clear, I disagree with you but I respect people have different preferences and have no desire to try convincing any of you that you are "wrong" for liking it - to each his / her own. If it worked for you guys then awesome, I'm glad you were all satisfied. I wasn't, but that's my personal taste.

I don't know. I've found a few series endings that were satisfactory. I don't know if the perfect ending exists since you can always find something better.
