I'm dangerously hyped for seeing a female Doctor. Missy, the General. Almost looks like the Moff is cooking something. But, well, chances are we are going to see yet another bloke in the TARDIS.
Also I love 12 and I don't want to see him gone so fast. Oh well.

Honestly, now, I just want to see Jamie Murray as the Doctor. I loved her as Helena Wells in Warehouse 13.

I almost forgot about Stahma. Why did they had to cancel Defiance ?
The way she humiliated Datak was just incredible. It makes me want to see a manipulative Doctor again, even though Capaldi have been doing it slightly some times. I think Murray could be way more manipulative than McCoy.

Because syfy are a bunch of dickheads. Just as things were getting good they cancel a show. Yes she was utterly brilliant in how she played Stahma. You wouldn't want to cross her.
Plus they want to promote the hell out of that show Dark Matter

She is pretty gosh darn adorable, but I've also seen signs that the actress can play much more than that into the bargain.

Stahma was the best thing about Defiance, closely followed by Datak (who of course was played by the guy who was Van Gogh in Dr Who
