What kind of Trekkie are you?

B but I do have one figure and a book, I plan on reading more. Though I don't consider myself a Trekkie because I've only seen one show and don't understand any of the science-y technobabble.

VOY has a reputation for having the most technobabble (followed by TNG?). So you started at the deep end.

^I suggest watching TNG after completing Voyager. They are the closest two series (with DS9 and TOS coming in second).

I also planned to make the 100th poller a big deal but it looks like i missed it.

I'm finished Voyager. I tried watching the TNG pilot while I was on a break from Voyager a while back. I was bored out of my mind.

^It gets much better throughout its run. At least watch the episodes that tie into Voyager (somewhat) like Best Of Both Worlds or a few Barclay episodes (the super-genius episodes).

Mostly B. I've seen every episode of every series. I have a few Star Trek shirts and figures, but I don't collect any Star Trek items.

This thead has been unbumped for over a year but since it was intended to be a never ending poll, bumping for all the new members who joined us.

Closest to B, I guess. I'm into the stories and characters, but not so much the tech and hardware. (Although I do consult the tech manuals to get the details right in my books.)

And I'm a sporadic purchaser of Trek merchandise, but not a serious collector. I'm more of an impulse buyer. "Ooh, that's a cool tee-shirt! I should get that for this year's Shore Leave."
I am kinda the same TNG and ENT were favs I have some things that I have saw and got but not avid collector

*sighs deeply*

*punches last option in poll*

Hahaha. Same.

I don't like collecting anything that has 'Star Trek' written on it though. All the things I have on display (ships, UFP flag etc) are only really recognizable to people who know of Trek. I even made sure my 'Federation, the First 150 Years' book was the edition without the Star Trek written at the top.
