Thread back on track. I had such a bad first part of the day -- say maybe 3:30 a.m. to mid-afternoon -- that I can't even begin to describe it. Bad emotionally more than physically. But I seem to have gotten myself mostly back on track, too, thank God.

We'll see how tomorrow goes...

Ziyal are you going through any sort of chronic pain? b/c wow I can sympathize, Ive been suffering from chronic severe dry eye pain since last May(not that Im comparing what youve been through to dry eye pain) but yeah... no fun. Hang in there.

Your dry eye pain sounds dreadful. I'm so sorry you're going through that. By now I have little pain unless I sit too long
and/or forget to ask for my pain meds, which are PRN, for too long.

Unfortunately nothing is like making this drive for real. But daaaaaaaaang, this is one amazing piece of scenery. Even the highway itself is a feat of engineering and beautiful in its own right. I'm sure there are other instances, but this is one of the first times I have ever seen an interstate actually be designated part of a scenic route and not just a little 2-lane road.
