We don't really know each other, Tora Ziyal, but I am sending you my warmest wishes and happiest thoughts! From what I can see, you are handling your situation with remarkable courage and a great attitude. Plus you are smart to be reaching out to people at trekbbs who are here to support you.

RJ, recovery is a bit rough. They just took a bunch of blood to try to figure out why I'm running an intermittent fever.

Finn, my username and avatar actually do NOT answer Scottydog's question.

Scottydog, you're not necessarily a bad detective. My favorite series has always been TNG. Idealism, appealing characters (mostly), and my intro to Trek, even though I'm easily old enough to have watched the original run of TOS had I been interested.

Tora Ziyal is one of my favorite minor characters in all Trek. She happens to come from my second favorite series, DS9.

Meesha (the cute kitty) is actually a boy. The teddy bear is apparently a girl. In spite of the pink blanket!

I really hope they'll find the cause of the fever soon and get rid of it!

She is a great character and quite unique -- I can't think of another character like her in the other star trek TV series.
