Of course my mind went to something completely dirty when trying to guess.....had to google it!

Thanks for the info. I'm vaguely thinking about breaking the habit of a lifetime and actually doing some exercise, given that from August or so I'll no longer be working for anyone so will have the time to do it without feeling robbed of precious time off. Running seems a good option, being free, easily scalable from a very slow/short start, and won't cause me to put on bulk (important, because I don't want re-tailoring costs). I do worry about the impact stress of running though, so the idea of finding a good pair of shoes that won't lead to me fucking up my joints and promotes good alignment is important to me.
I like to feel the weight of my shoes because I'm a little odd or Protestant - it cannot possibly good for me if it doesn't task me a little bit, eh?
I received a decent amount of cash for my birthday so I've been horrible and buying clothes for myself. We had to cut our vacation short so I wasn't even able to wear the first dress out.

I have a real problem with my joints and can't jog or run without doing more damage or pain. So, we got a treadmmill in jan/feb and i have been consistant about using it. I "fast walk" on #3 and hold weights while doing so. I've lost around 20 pounds (just walking!) and haven't had any problems although sometimes i have to admit it is fucking torture staying on for the full 45 minutes (i watch a TNG or Voy ep while i'm doing it.) Good luck!
Buying my Nook is now in doubt after being mugged today. The wife doesn't want me to buy it because it might be taken (I think) even though she told me that if I sold my Sony Reader I could buy the Nook.
I also need to get another phone...grr.

The Lathe of Heaven by Ursula K. Le Guin
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley
Wyrd Sisters by Terry Pratchett
All the Weyrs of Pern by Anne McCaffrey
Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky
It's nice to know that if I ever fall off a boat and sink the length of a football field, my watch will still work.
But i was headed for a heart attack (due to really bad genetics) if i didn't start exercising so i figured it was worth it. If you have something on the telly it really helps a GREAT deal.
I had very few pants which fit any longer, so they were very welcome.![]()

I live in fear of the day I acquire middle-aged spread, inevitable as it likely is.
My tailor, on the other hand, is rubbing his hands in pecuniary expectation.![]()

Hmm. That's a problem. How will they know when you died if your watch doesn't stop? CSI will have their work cut out because of you, you selfish git.
