Congrats, but careful, Wells Fargo and Bank of America are pretty good a repoing homes that they didn't even finance.

Don't have a pre-payment penalty..only a documentation fee of $30.00.. California has very agreeable mortgage laws..

$1500 dollars for funeral services "event center" (I didn't actually pay, just signed the contract and handed over Mom's credit card since she didn't want to do it herself), and $195 dollars for a plumber. He's here less than an hour, and it's $195 dollars. Sheesh.
