No but that would have been well worth it.That's not why you had the tummyache, is it?
Ohhhhh boy are you in for a treat.@TribbleFeeder, I am curious: What's the best places to eat cheesesteaks in Philly?
I don't mean Geno's or Pat's - those are probably just for tourists (although I admit, Pat's steaks are delicious). I mean the really authentic ones.
Oh, and: Wiz, widdout.![]()
^ Thanks for the tip!
I will definitely make note of this, the next time I visit Philly. I'm always on the lookout for good advice from locals.
@TribbleFeeder, have you ever been to Citizens Bank Park? Baseball is the only sport I know anything about, and I loved CBP. The cheesesteaks there were very good, too. And as a visiting fan...I promise I'll be ready next time.
Oh and on a mostly unrelated matter: Has SEPTA Key been rolled out throughout Philly's transit system? As much of a subway/rail freak as I am, I like to keep a close watch on things like this.
You should! We’re actually decent people despite our reputationNow I want to visit Philly.

They have THE BEST and MOST CONSISTANT cheesesteaks in Philly!!!
Wiz wit.
Also found out what this means. Interesting, but TBH, I can't really say I'm a fan of Cheez Whiz, sorry.
I usually have provolone cheese on a cheesesteak, even though I know the Cheez Whiz is the authentic way.

Cheez Whiz is delicious on a 'steak. Definitely my favorite topping.![]()
Whiz is definitely the preferred cheese, it’s also important to note that it’s not the stuff you get in a jar or spray can, it’s a lot more delicious than that garbage![]()
Hahaha you should see the way they ladle it on, it’s so gracefully done! Almost like fondue.Oh, well that's certainly different, then! (You lied to me, Google!)
