I meant it would be a step in the right direction for the (generic, stereotypical, hypothetical) girl who wants to be a princess invoked in Dream's humorous comment. Just a simple pun on job-related titles.Diana is a princess. She's the daughter of the queen of the Amazons. So she doesn't need to step in that direction, she was already there from the get-go.Well, ambassadors get called "Your Excellency", which I guess would be a step in the right direction.Really? I thought girls wanted to be princesses and have ponies when they grew up.
So, what's the over/under for how many weeks before this is cancelled?

Let's wait until NBC orders the series before we predict when it will be cancelled.
Or maybe it will be a good, fun, witty, enjoyable series and last for years.
Star Trek: The Next Generation? Love the show, but at times, it seemed like it was all about ferrying ambassadors around.I mean, has there ever been a TV series revolving around ambassadors?
I've made some of those complaints... Why do they put all my favorite shows on Tuesday night up against eachother? Why wasn't this on cable where it might have stood a better chance? etc.I'm anticipating the threads yet to come, complaining about how NBC mishandled promotion or scheduling for the show, or how they cancelled it just when it was starting to gel or weren't factoring in the DVR viewings (the idiots! Don't network people know anything about how TV works?!) and the inevitable suggestion that it belonged in a different venue (probably on cable).
Well, that's fine with me. A couple of enjoyable episodes is really all I ask from any series.Or maybe it will be a good, fun, witty, enjoyable series and last for years.
Or maybe it will be a good, fun, witty, enjoyable series that most people won't watch anyway and it's gone in eight.

Enough with that hopeful, positive stuff, people are trying to be negative here, ya knowOr maybe it will be a good, fun, witty, enjoyable series and last for years.
