Relevancy? Calling out Gadot's service in defense of her being a warrior seems to be marking it as exceptional when it's not.
Maybe its just the accent, but she has a very Mediterranean vibe. That is an interesting observation. Gal Gadot's casting certainly leaned in a strong, non-Western (as in American) visual direction, and that is a perfect fit for the character.
Yep, not just a soldier, but a combat trainer."Exceptional?" No. That has nothing to do with it. I'm not talking about other people; I'm talking about her. Her background as an individual includes working as a combat trainer for a military service. It stands to reason that you have to be physically capable in order to train other people to be fighters.
For the record, as a woman, her poster did not bother me. I don't know...I think it sent a vibe that to be feminine does automatically equal weakness.
I freely admit that my view has been skewed by the likes of Lynda Carter and Lucy Lawless, so seeing Gal Gadot has been a bit hard to take.So all warriors look exactly alike? Since when?
No, I did not know that, but I think there might have been a better way of saying that, don't you?You do know Gadot was a trainer for the Israeli military, right?

Has Johns ever written any WW solo stories in the comics?T
I hope Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg brought their A-game.
Hugo - <insert amazing WW theme in here>
Her face is clearly visible in that still and my eyes are still being drawn to her breasts.
...the Ghostbusters taking the movies by storm.
Well I guess when every post I make gets a word specially highlighted and questioned I should quit..."Exceptional?" No. That has nothing to do with it. I'm not talking about other people; I'm talking about her. Her background as an individual includes working as a combat trainer for a military service. Pretty sure he's not the only one who noticed it.Pretty sure that's just where your eye went, friend.
She was also a leader of an international terrorist organization so that would make for a topical villain. However, looking through her villains, Dr Poison also used masks and dressed in green. She worked for the Nazis, too, so she could be transplanted back into WW1 to work for the Germans with the use of chemical warfare and all quite easily.Ooh, good catch. By Zeus, I think you nailed it.
The light source and the position of her body is why her face is in shadows. Makes sense to me.Pretty sure he's not the only one who noticed it.
But I think the whole poster design is a bit clumsy. No good reason not to show her face, and the tagline is weak.
Impressive trailer though.
