Wonder Woman (2017)

Now that was amazing. I seriously cannot remember the last time I saw a trailer and got really excited to see a film. I've watched this trailer several times now, and I'm still amazed. Love the detail, the production values, the magic lasso, the WW1 setting and WW kicking ass!

Easily my most anticipated film of next year!

I know how you feel. I wasn't even interested in this movie until I saw this trailer.

Awesome trailer and really makes me excited for this movie, looks like it's going to be great and Gal Gadot is really selling me on her Wonder Woman. And Etta Candy!

I thought the on for Kong was pretty neat but that's not really a comic book thing.

The Kong trailer was cool, as was the Doctor Strange trailer, but the Wonder Woman one was the one that most made me want to see the movie right now.

And I'm a huge Doctor Strange fan . . ..

Just watched the trailer, and I think this is the "must see" film for me next year. I know there are others that I will definitely want to see, but this is the one I'm looking most forward to.

Watching the trailer over and over. I think I'm really going to like Gal in the part and more Chris Pine is always a good thing but what is it with him and motorcycles? Is that part of his contract from now on? ;)

Great trailer and I'm fairly excited to watch this movie. I'm still not quite keen on Gal Galbot as Wonder Woman simply because doesn't look like a warrior

So all warriors look exactly alike? Since when? You do know Gadot was a trainer for the Israeli military, right?

I do feel compelled to mention as a qualifier that Israel has compulsory military conscription. If we're going to use that as the basis for her being a warrior, know that pretty much the whole population of Israel would qualify as well.

Relevancy? The point is, Gadot as an individual has a resume that should be more than enough to prove that she's physically qualified for the role, and the belief that she's "too skinny" or something is based on an ignorance of what physical strength actually looks like. We've been brainwashed by media that have falsely put forward the bulging musculature of professional bodybuilders as the exemplar of physical strength, which is categorically untrue and preposterously narrow-minded. All you have to do is look at athletes in other fields and the wide range of body types they display to know that that media myth is bogus.

Relevancy?

Relevancy? Calling out Gadot's service in defense of her being a warrior seems to be marking it as exceptional when it's not.

It'd be like calling me a patriot because I am part of the selective service who have pledged to serve my country should the need arise ignoring the fact that most all of the US population has as well since it's compulsory.[/QUOTE]

Great trailer and I'm fairly excited to watch this movie. I'm still not quite keen on Gal Galbot as Wonder Woman simply because doesn't look like a warrior, but she did well with what little she had to work with in Batman v. Superman.

Yeah, Gal Gadot looks believable as a warrior. She behaves like a very confident woman who easily bridges Wonder Woman's very visible 2-sided life but the second she's all W.W., her behavior and physical presence sell power and a hint of being a somewhat tired of human BS (for the sake of evil). I'm sure that will be explained in her solo film.
