Picard is a sure thing, so no reason we can't get the sub-forum up & running now. Plenty of threads already.

Technically, we do have a Lower Decks forum. Except it's just a lounge for posters below the rank of "Captain". But at least we have it.

Given how broad the focus Short Treks is going to become, threads about it could probably be posted in GTD if they can't be tied to Discovery or Picard.
Technically we could probably post everything Picard related into the General Trek forum already?
