I think if every episode gets a forum, then BBS policy needs to be redrawn. Instead of getting banned after a certain number of warnings, said poster should be turned into a moderator of the "Tuvix" Forum. A much more brutal and medieval form of punishment.

I didn’t go back earlier, it probably existed some time before January 2017. Discovery first aired in September 2017.

September 15th, 2016 looks like it was when the DSC Forum opened up. In fairness, I think it was still believed the series would be released in January 2017. I think this was just before it got pushed back to September.

I remember the ENT Forum opening in May 2001. So, once again, four months before.
