Well, I forgot to watch most of the episode (only managed to catch the end), so I'll have to rewatch and see what happened.
I will say (leaving it vague for those who haven't seen it) that the ending surprised me a lot. I wasn't expecting that.

Yeah, it's clear that they're leaving clues in the intro... I just can't be bothered to freeze frame the video. 
Ohoh... the green apple. Coop did this in Mole 2 and it meant that the Mole was from Washington I think? Whatever state has the green apple as its fruit.
I'm guessing the women are not going to go "commando" the next mission.

Yeah, Paul is a jerk. But he does play the game well in spite of that.
All New Yorkers are like that! 
Still, for a game where you need to know information, he's being pretty fucking stupid. I haven't bothered looking at the quizzes, but if it's stuff like "how did the mole met his or her partner" or personal things like that, well... he better be keeping damn fine notes because I don't think people are going to share with him unless it's at dinner and the group conversation is forced.
I also get the feeling that he was cast as the villain on the show, which kind of eliminates him from my Mole list. But again, maybe the Mole is trying to make themselves too obvious to be the Mole.

He's ruining the show for me though. That kind of dbery doesn't work on the Mole. If for no reason other than he can't be "voted out" for his personality. If he conmtinues to paly well he can stay till the end. He taks the "fun" out of the experience. It was always nice in The Mole to see the cast sit at the dinner table and have nice conversations. His yelling, harping, accusing, and insulting is ruining that.

Don't worry. If he doesn't know who the Mole is and isn't the Mole, he'll be gone once all the other players stop sharing info with him. It's only a matter of time.
This is my first year watching The Mole. I'm not sure who the Mole is (until the last episode I thought it might be Ali- she seemed to sandbag it on a few challenges), and I'm not sure how to really narrow it down. I don't know what the Mole gets for sabotaging the others' efforts. Is the Mole's winnings based on how much they can prevent the others from putting in the pot?
I'm not sure what the Mole's "fee" is. They cast all the players like any other reality show and the select one to be the Mole. But I don't think their pot is based on how much they keep out. Unless, I suppose, the remain undetected through the end.
On who the mole is:
I suspect Victoria. There's been some show-clues that it might be her and some of her actions are a little suspect. One "clue" is that she got the chocolate facial. And "mole" is a Spanish word for a sauce that sometimes includes chocolate.

There's a screencap that's a pretty good indicator of who might be the mole. They also went after Myspace info and picked out who'd be gone... so far, one was right - Ali being home early.

I can't stand Paul as well. How annoying. I think the mole might be Craig or Victoria. Craig is in the perfect position to mess up games (especially physical ones) while still seeming like he genuinely tried and cares about everyone.
Ali was high on my list too. She seemed just quiet enough to stick in the background.
