Who is the Mole?

Looking at who was suspicious tonight, I came up with Craig first, Nicole second, Paul third. If the Cell Out mission was timed, I would have instantly thought Paul again. Turns out, he really is that dumb :D

The reason I doubt Nicole has been the same for a couple of weeks. I think Alex was voting for her and he lost. If Craig is the Mole, it would explain how Paul made it for so long. He picked right. Tonight, he lost simply because everyone else is going the same way, but are better at quizes.

It probably has to be. Since there was no time limit, it would make no sense for Nicole to be the Mole, since she would want to get there first. Whenever she does something wrong, it's because of her personality, not because she's the Mole (as this indicates). Now, it could be mark, but I don't think so. Craig is the only one who's been calm and composed throughout (something the Mole would have to do).

The finale didn't come on last night... Unless my DVR is trrying to commit suicide or something. I was really looking foward to the finale along with the explanations of Mole activity and to revelation of clues dropped during the run. Very dissappointed. :(

Next Monday, I guess?

This is really funny... During the first challenge, the waterfall... it was either Mark or Paul that said Craig would be the perfect Mole. He loses and everyone still roots for him... and both of those guys made it the final four.

During the last execution, Mark, of course was exempt leaving Nicole, Paul and Craig open to going home. Nicole and Paul were shaking in their boots. They both were visably rattled. Craig was cool as a cucumber.

I am 90% sure that it is Craig. 10% chance of Mark and if it turns out to be Nicole, I will have to congratulate her on being the most clever Mole to date.

I hope they continue this show next summer.

OH CRAP!!

Just rewatched the last episode... Opening scene when all the remaining contestants are talking into the camera Mark says and I quote:

"Clay was my freind, he was my coalition partner. He was the one person whom but for a fleeting moment of my weakness that I felt I could trust. Tonight, something went wrong. I'm really dissappointed that that had to happen at Clay's expense."

Could Mark have fed Clay erroneouus info to get him out of the game? To start working alone in order to get a shot at the jackpot for himself and weed out who he felt was his main competition?

Wow. If this is so, it would mean that Mark is not the Mole.

I think the final hint was Jon stating that the dinner was "the last supper."

With Jon in the Jesus position, whoever was to his left was in the Judas position. That was Craig.

Well, tonight's the night! There seems to be somewhat of a consensus here that the mole is Craig. We'll see. I hope that Nicole is neither the winner or the mole. I predict that Craig is the mole and Mark is the winner.

I thought it was Craig since the first episode because of something that I thought was silly but paid attention to anyway. I was closely watching the first episode's opening credits and you know how when they show each person's name they have little clock-like images that pop up next to them for a few seconds? Craig didn't seem to have one. I think he has in the credits since then. It's probably meaningless and I didn't really take it seriously, but after watching the rest of the first episode I felt that Craig was the mole anyway.

I originally suspected Craig, then there were a couple of times where he tried far harder than anyone to win (and the pig event, he probably saved them from losing all their money). Still, as people get eliminated, I'm leaning more and more towards him.

My expectation is that Craig is the Mole and Mark will win. Honestly, Mark's the best prepared of anyone, so he has the best chance of winning on the quizzes.

I assumed it was the person with the least personality as edited on the show and I guess I was right in the end. I just thought it had to be Clay or Alex because Craig would be so obvious, given that they had the retired Admiral from season 2. Whoops.

It's amazing how close it all was. The strategy of just completing the quiz as fast as possible is probably the best one, unless you're confident you can get the top score.

Awesome! I knew it!

Well, I'm glad Super Veiny Soccer Dad, er, "Mark" won. And Craig was a good Mole because, as he said, he fit in well with being the "dumb" loveable heavy guy.

Hope we see another Mole next Summer and, Nicole is still hot.

Mark really deserved to win because he played so hard and played for the right reasons. But, wow, he was very, very lucky.

Honestly, when they reviewed what Nicole did, she played the game a lot better than I thought. I think having both Paul and Nicole made things a bit bad because they had an irritating strategy. But, unlike Paul, she didn't simply get lucky by picking the right person. She played the odds until she found the right person. She simply wasn't anywhere near as good a test taker, so she didn't win.

Yeah, I was hoping at the end he would say, "Tune in next year for another installment" or something. But I guess not. I hope ABC decides to bring the show back though... even if it's just a summer replacement.

Strangely, I liked their other show as well - the one with the fake Japanese gameshow. Nice one-two combo.

Wow. Mark was just a lucky bastard. ... and he didn't stab Clay in the back afterall. It seems that a few people knew who the Mole was before him and his meticulous notetaking gave him an edge over Nicole.

This was my favorite season of The Mole yet, although the clues this year was kind of lame. I hope we see this game again.

Oh yeah.... Nicole should be having my babies. :p

I only wish they had more clues that the players could have deciphered as they were playing the game.
Some of those hardcore freeze frame clues were nice though...

Just curious ... those of you who say you pegged Craig "early on" ... are there posts here that confirm that?

Glad Mark won!

Yes! :p I have a couple of posts on the first page that mention how I thought Craig was the mole because he was in an "ideal position" or something like that.
