DS9 for me. Most of the last season was one big season finale. Close second is TNG. Enterprise is third (if you count Terra Prime as the finale

I adore TNG's finale. I love DS9's, too, but it doesn't beat TNG's, at least not for me.
So TNG's awesome All Good Things wins easily, because every other finale was a failure.

The major problem with AGT is that it set the quality bar too high, the moves couldn't meet the standard it set.
