We'll say that we've included human Odo from early S5, so no shapeshifting abilities. Given that, anything is possible due to potential alliances. However, the strongest two are Tuvok and Worf. Worf's Klingon physiology gives him further advantage, but is counterbalanced by his aggression. He will attack the humans, who will do considerable damage to him. Who falls and who prevails is irrelevant, the more methodical Tuvok will finish the job with a series of deft nerve pinches.
True, and I sort of mentioned that. But Vulcans don't have an eight-chambered heart, three lungs, or a backup synaptic system. So while Tuvok and Worf would both be able to inflict more damage than their human counterparts, Worf would also be able to endure more.
But Tuvok is a more knowledgeable and experienced martial artist.
Reread the post before my last. That is why I think Tuvok would win. Worf's greater strength and stamina will be counterbalanced by his greater aggression, which will work against him in a Battle Royale type match. Tuvok will be more cautious, allowing his foes (Worf, Yar, human Odo, Chekov, La'an, Reed, and others) to weaken each other, then moving in and finishing them off.
That would be disastrous. After all, she's supposed to travel back with the Ent-C to prevent the Klingon-Federation war. Alt-Odo undoing that, just like he did with the Children of Time timeline would be destroying the Federation. (Even though I still don't understand how in that timeline, the Klingons could be so strong as to bring the Federation to its knees).
All of these security personnel have something to contribute. If we took away Reed, the Federation itself might never form in the first place. And without Chekov's part in the whole "find humpback whales" thing, Earth might well be a frozen ball. And the Dominion's death throes might kill billions without Odo to cure the Founders and negotiate peace by returning to the Link.
Figure this whole brawl was accomplished using transporter duplicates, holograms with 100.0000% replication of personality/combat capacity, or Paradan replicant technology. All existing characters will fulfill their intended function in their home timeline, regardless of outcome here.

Odo is the least imaginative changeling and has never used his abilities to their full potential. Half of the problems the crew got into could have been easily averted by him doing almost anything.

TNG Transfigurations. John Doe kills him during his escape attempt, but then realizing what he's done, uses his powers to resurrect Worf.

True, but since Neelix wasn't the chief of security, I assumed that disqualified him here.
Or are we counting alternate timelines? IIRC, Neelix did become chief of security in the alternate future seen in Voyager Before and After where after Janeway was killed in a Krenim attack, Chakotay became Captain and Tuvok became XO.
Yes, it was more in response to the idea that coming back from the dead is some inherent advantage. If Neelix can do it, anyone can. (Well, if Seven's around anyway)
