Expand on that. Because I'm looking at 50 years of Star Trek not 6 episodes. While you might have been able to claim that before episode 6, now we know otherwise.
So yea, take your fanon to the curb, she doesn't have PTSD.

Ha-ha...oh wait.50 years of trek proving that Starfleet doesn't allow people who can't pass the psych eval to become officers.
50 years of people in Starfleet who passed the psych eval and later cracked under pressure, committed crimes or otherwise proved to be not quite right.50 years of trek proving that Starfleet doesn't allow people who can't pass the psych eval to become officers.
Also, I would like to know what the rationale is for her not having PTSD?Burnham doesn't have PTSD.
If she did she wouldn't have passed the psych eval required to become an officer.
When Do You Want To See Burnham Become The STD Captain?
Yeah. Never. You don't get to commit treason, a crime we execute people for today, and then get to be captain of a vessel of any kind. Nope. There's no coming back from that. Not all the way at least.
Painfully obvious that Lorca will be dead or imprisoned soon. They're setting him up as an irredeemable war monger, in an attempt to elevate Burnham as the protagonist. Plus, I doubt these producers want another Straight White Male lead, unless he's a villain who gets overpowered by the 'heroes.'
No doubt Burnham will be placed in a position where she will have to mutiny again and take charge.
The ship will need a new Captain, and episode 5 proved that it probably won't be Saru, he's too green to command, and didn't have the training that Burnham The Great did.
She would be the youngest Captain lead in the prime franchise (only 30 according to her screen bio) if they push this. Younger than Prime Captain Kirk.
Do you want Burnham as the Captain on STD next season? I'm skeptical Sonequa has the presence to pull it off without coming off as unlikeable (see her giving orders scenes in the premiere), but it seems the only direction to go if this show wants to continue to be centred around her character.
No. One of the ideas behind DSC was that the lead character wasn't a captain, and I'd like it to stay that way. If Lorca is removed from the equation, one way or another, Burnham is not in any position to take his place -- nor should she be. As Discovery's 1st officer, that would fall to Saru, and I think it would be interesting to have a character like him in command. While somewhat green and uncertain in command situations, he "did well" in that capacity in "Choose Your Pain."
