This is either someone using a speaking typewriter without spellcheck (possible but unlikely) or it's someone who's INTENTIONALLY misspelling. The typos we're seeing there aren't logical ones for someone unfamiliar with the English language... the working is largely correct while the spelling is wrong.Intentional bad spelling can only mean one thing. SO... I've used "speaking typewriters" from foreign language editions and gotten somewhat similar results... but the results were at least consistent for a foreign language model. This isn't.
The only conclusion I can draw is that whoever's typing that is trying to be "funny" and is failing miserably.
