None of the above. The life of a super powered protagonist's mortal love interest is one fraught with peril and liable to be cut short as soon as the writers need a dark and edgy stunt to crank up the the sales. No, thank you, I do not want to be dismembered and stuffed into a refrigerator.
For that matter, I also don't want to be kidnapped and help hostage every other week.
I don't want to be shot. I don't want to be stabbed. I don't want to be irradiated, infected, or transformed. And I don't want to be thrown off of any tall structure, even if there is someone there to catch me.
And that really leave no good choice. Even if the character isn't a real hero but just uses the powers for personal gain, it is possible that I'd be in the origin story in which the protagonist becomes a crime fighter in response to a loved one's tragic violent death. And that would probably mean my death, because no one likes an attached protagonist these days.
And that's assuming that the hero in question isn't prone go going violently insane, as is the case with many.
But, assuming no actual threat of death, just for the pure power perversion potential, I'd go with Phoenix (Jean Grey) pre-insanity Chris Clairmont version. Near Limitless psychic power and the ability to rearange matter on a subatomic level at will, really, that makes for an incredibly interesting sex life.
But, as a matter of personality, I'd go with Spider Girl for several reasons. She's a normal person with normal problems (supervillains aside), and not particularly insane (which is always a good thing). Having a normal family also makes her substantially more grounded and more human than many other superbeings. And, she isn't terribly likely to accidently kill me in the throws of orgasm (it is possible with the spider strength, but at least she can't lose control and rip me apart atom by atom).
