What Series Would You Marathon On Your Deathbed?

Short time - Brisco County Jr.
Medium amount of time - Northern Exposure.
Longer time - X-Files. But not season 9.

edit: Oh, shit, scratch that. Dead Like Me and Six Feet Under. :techman:

LOST providing the final season wraps things up well and The Shield. nuBSG most likely as well but I've those suckers memorized so it wouldn't be as fresh a watch as the other two shows.

Without a doubt I'd watch all the Star Wars movies.

Seinfeld, The Bob Newhart Show, Stargate SG-1 seasons 1 - 5 and maybe a few select episodes of Stargate Atlantis.

Wow, some of you are planning to be on your deathbed a long, long time.

For me, Enterprise, because it would undoubtedly hasten my death and make the whole process go as quickly as possible.

Now I think about it, I'd watch the extended Lord of the Rings trilogy. By the time Frodo gets on the ship, I'll be ready to sail into the netherworld myself.

I don't have a clue. I can hope that my date with a deathbed is a long way off, and that there will be countless worthwhile television shows and films produced between now and then. If I was going to kick it right now, I'd probably plow through The Wire, which demands to be rewatched, and Seinfeld, because I missed out on it during the first run, and would need a comedy on my way out the door.

I'm surprised to see so many votes for nuBSG. Wouldn't people want to live happily in their final days? Sheesh...

What a depressing topic, though can't fault Teddy for his taste.

For me, it might also be the Bond movies. Plus assorted Doctor Who. If time permitted I'd also watch The Prisoner again.

Chaplin movies would be on my list, as might something like Monty Python's Flying Circus. And the Harry Potter movies.

I'd probably want to steer clear of anything that's too serious or morose, especially if I were to be watching these films with loved ones.

To go along with my idea that I would die only once I've finished everything on my list, one episode a week... I'm gonna add the complete Doctor Who and Monty Python to my list. And, heck, the best way to prolong my life that way: All My Children and One Life to Live (*hides*).

I'd watch Meet the Press because it's been on over 50 years and would stall the Grim Reaper's appearance.

I thought I was being optimistic thinking I'd have time to watch 24 full hours of TV in my deathbed, some of you are thinking you'll have time to watch hundreds of hours of TV?

Goldeneye. Brosnan was my favorite Bond, no matter what the old Connery fans may say... A little off-topic maybe, but if I were like minutes away from dying I wouldn't watch TV, I'd listen to really beautiful music like Lillium, Feathery Wings, Sleeping Sun, that kind of thing...

Buffy. Her gift was death, after all. ;)

Homicide: Life on the Street (although I'd quit after year 5 and skip straight to Life Everlasting).

But what about "The Subway"??? That was season six.
