The Daleks.

Image a season cliffhanger - a Special Weapons Dalek gets through the gate, blows away the control room so they can't close the Iris or set off the nuke, then personnel fall back as sturdy Time War-era Daleks pour through the Gate, and Dalek ships descend over the surface...

Hmm, I can see it if Daleks showed up in season 6 of SG-1:

O'Neill: "So, the SGC is under siege by giant screeching salt shakers?"
Teal'c: "The Daleks are not to be understimated, O'Neill. While in the service of Apophis I heard many stories of their might and strength. They are reported to possess weapons that can obliterate anything and are protected by impenetrable armour. The System Lord Drakon's mysterious disappearance is said to be the result of seeking conflict with the Daleks."
O'Neill: "But they must have a weakness, right?"
Teal'c: "It is said they fear an Oncoming Storm."
O'Neill: "Jonas, you're into the Weather Channel. Any storms in the forecast?"

Scarrans, so that Ba'al and Scorpius can have awesome scenes together. Can you imagine the layers upon layers of scheming?

Hirogen or Predators would be awesome too. The Hirogen would at first be interested in Teal'c, who would do awesome Teal'c things and pretty much beat the snot out of them, but one last Hirogen wouldn't give up so easily and would wear Teal'c down...and then O'Neill would show up and teach the Hirogen a lesson. The Predators would want to hunt the Wraith, but then they'd find Ronon Dex and...well, lose. After a truly epic fight.

I also want to see Klingons fighting the Wraith.

Wraith Queen, about to feed on a Klingon: "Never have I tasted defiance such as this!"
Klingon: "Of course not."

This barely qualifies as 'aliens' but I'd love to see a Stargate crossover with Otherworld. With minimal rewriting it could already fit into the SG universe:

I can't think of any non-'Gate aliens that I'd like to see in SG-1 or SGA, I liked the Goa'uld and the Wraith just fine, thanks!

Although I would have liked to see a Wraith become host to a Goa'uld...
