See, I don't think TFF is THAT appalling. At least it has a germ of a decent story in there, and there are some worthwhile Kirk/McCoy/Spock scenes. It feels more like TOS than some of the other movies.
Whereas Nemesis represents pretty much a complete character assassination of all of TNG's cast, directed by a guy who didn't know, and couldn't be bothered even researching, the source material. It is for this reason that I feel compelled to vote for Nemesis.
I voted for First Contact. Never liked that one.
Hear hear.
True, I voted for Insurrection, because it was indeed the worst of the ten (Nemesis was almost as stupid but not half as boring); however, First Contact probably had a more deleterious effect on the storytelling possibilities of the franchise than any other.
Then again, one look at the Romulan Empire in the novels makes me second guess myself on that.
Maybe I should've voted for FC or NEM. At least all Insurrection ruined was the Son'a.
And damnit, I liked Final Frontier.![]()

First Cataract wasn't a film. It was a series of very expensive sketches tenuously strung together with lame music and terrible pacing.

I voted Insurrection.
None, they are all Trek and awesome.
Nemesis is my favorite and The Voyage Home least.
But that's just which one I would watch the most
or least, none of them are lacking in anyway.
