What games are you playing currently?

Sometimes. I can look the cases up online, for that matter. But that doesn't change the fact that I can't read people worth crap.

They say we get 10% of our information from others via their words, 30% via actions, and 60% via the subtle cues they give off. My ability to pick up the latter is severely limited, and I probably give off the wrong ones as well.

Oh don't worry reading people is not my bag too sometimes.

Still on Ghost of Tsushima (act II) - really bummed this is going to be over one day. What a game.

The expandalone "Ghost of Ikishima" will be out next month with the Directors Cut. So you'll have a new adventure to play and island to explore.

I'm currently doing a sort of replay through Ghost of Tsushima. Love this game, few games have the emotional punches this game has. Hopefully Ghost of Ikishima delivers the same punch.

About to start Star Wars Squadrons in VR. Did anyone play this? The reviews seemed good as it seemed like a throwback to the old "X-Wing, Tie Fighter and X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter" games of the nineties...and yet it was free last month as part of PS Plus. That really surprised me as Bridge Crew has never been free and it's several years old while Squadrons isn't even a year old. Is there no more content coming? I know they had an update that added a few ships, but it was sitll a shock to see it free.

Yeah, that one surprised me. My best guess is that it hasn't done as well as EA's hoped and that they're hoping that by offering it for free on PS+, that they'll gain new players, and in turn more microtransactions.

I'll be more than happy to hand my money over for the Director's Cut (PS5).

I finished the game last week. I expected to feel bummed out, but instead felt the same sort of satisfaction you would leaving the movie theater after catching a great film.

No shortage of emotional punches, especially the end of act II and pretty much all of act III. Absolutely gorgeous game, wonderful characters and a gripping story right to the end. Can't wait for an upgraded playthrough in August!

Currently on God of War. Have been taking my sweet time getting into it. Looks ridiculously good on the PS5.

Re: Directors Cut....IIRC, if you buy it off the Playstation store as an upgrade it's about 20 bucks. And yes, I'll happily pay to for it.

As for Act II, couple of punches there that I didn't expect and really got me. Ditto for the ending. I respected Uncle's wishes and that scene, along with the music....well...we'll just leave that there. I envy you having the PS5, still a ways off for me, but i look forward to the eventual upgrade and playthrough of both Tsushima and Ikishima.

I need to finish God of War. I think I started playing it while waiting for GoT and was suprised at how much I liked it. Even without 4k or an upgraded system, it had some of the most detailed graphics I've seen.

A bit of fun here, some fun gaming videos.

Ok i have given No mans sky a try on the PS4 simply because it supports the PSVR, and i did try the 2d version of the game but did not really get into it, but playing the VR turns this game into what Elite D should have been, it is amazing in VR, hard to believe this game can do planet atmosphere and actual living planets while ED can't, amazing in VR.

I finished The Outer Worlds a few days ago... I really enjoyed the game and I'm looking forward to the sequel. I also started playing Doom Eternal a couple of days ago and I'm enjoying myself. And I still find it really hard to decide whether I prefer the Ray-Tracing mode or the 120fps mode. :D They're both pretty awesome.

Superb game that I will replay before the sequel so I can enjoy the DLC.

Finished Mass Effect 1 on the Legendary edition yesterday and already several hours into 2. I have to admit the changes to the RPG system and combat is a lot more jarring than when I originally played it on the 360 though I guess 2 years did pass between me playing one and the other, which probably helped at the time.

I wish they hadn't slimmed down the abilities so much, hell my class loss Barrier with the changes. Also there is a definite arena battle style to the combat that wasn't so easy to see in ME1 because in ME2 the characters keep flooding in from certain areas and you can see it. Also the AI have a clear lock on with their aim that isn't in ME1 nor in ME3 I believe so the combat in ME2 feels a little more artificial in nature.

I finished Far Cry New Dawn and am now torn between playing four different games.

I'm playing Forza Horizon 4, The Medium and Jurassic World Evolution on Xbox Series X thru GamePass

and am also playing Sackboy: A Big Adventure on PS5.

Yeah Mass Effect 2 was fun but felt very linear and forced like you had to go down a certain path, but the game still was fun despite that, and the suicide mission was the best bit and deciding who to take.

Diablo III on the Series X.

Hack and slash is a nice change of pace from the open world games I usually play.

Still, Cities Skylines. One of these days I'm going to get a better profit margin on what I'm building and not traffic rates at 93%.

I've been playing the pre-release version of Ancient Cities. So far about all you can do is gather food and supplies, build huts and survive. It's fascinating gameplay, I really like the game so far and am interested in what they do with future feature releases.

I started replaying the original Pyschonauts as a prep for 2 when it comes out this later. While there are some frustrating parts, overall, I love this game. I accidently ran into a moment that sums up why I love it so much. I had gone back to one of the other character's hideouts and I accidently hit no when he asked if I was ready to go back out, but instead of just saying OK and letting me go do other stuff like happens in most games, he slapped Raz, my character, in the face and asked if I was ready now.
I'm also still working my way through LEGO DC Supervillains. We got through all of the regular levels, so I went ahead and got the DLC level and character packs. They have packs for the Shazam and Aquaman movies, and the Young Justice and Batman: TAS series. The character packs include JLD characters, Arrowverse characters, and I think a couple more I'm forgetting about.
I got frustrated with Shadow of Mordor, so I'm taking a break while I'm playing Psychonauts, once that's done I'll go back and finish it up.

Besides Doom Eternal I've also been playing Sackboy: A Big Adventure. I also spent a couple of hours in Flight Simulator 2020 last night.
