Greedfall on PS4 via PS+. Man, this game feels quite janky. It's quite fun, but at times it feels more like a PS3 game rather than from the PS4 era.
Mad Max on the Xbox Series X/S.
I love this game, pretty simple and straightforward. Hand-to-hand and driving combat that is done very well. Was able to get the digital version for $5 a couple weeks ago via the Xbox Store.
A shame it didn't sell better, it was a game that definitely deserved a sequel.
Me three. I'm a bit fan of the franchise overall, and I thought they game did a great job of bring the feel of the movies over to the video game world.I LOVED Mad Max. Sure, it could get a bit repetitive, but it was fun. One of my top 5 games last generation.
I beat AC: Valhalla yesterday and I started playing Marvel's Avengers earlier today.
Yeah I just completed the main storyline. There's no way I'd go for 100%.Ditto - finished it last night. 158 hours. Every treasure, mystery and artifact. Every legendary weapon. All done.
I feel so empty. Is post-game depression a thing?
I wish I hadn't been so OCD collecting everything as I went. It would've been nice to have had a few dozen things to do with all the end of game gear I acquired.
AC: Valhalla was my partner's purchase. But boy, was I the one who got sucked down the rabbit hole.
I don't have another PS5 game to tickle my fancy, which isn't a bad thing (as far as my productivity goes). Although, we have Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I'd like to give it a decent go - it's my partner's favorite. But, there's an update in the works for the PS5 in the back half of this year and I'm tempted to wait till then.

Yeah I just completed the main storyline. There's no way I'd go for 100%.And I have gotten 100% in some of the previous AC games like Origins and Syndicate.
Yeah I also wanna give Witched 3 another shot, but I'm also waiting for the PS5 patch.
Anyway, I've been playing Avengers for almost a week now and I'm having a ton of fun with it. Once I'm done with it I'll probably play Oddworld: Soulstorm.
Post-game depression is a thing (at least for me). There was about three months after The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild where I couldn't find anything to play that piqued my interest so I didn't play any games at all.
The same thing happened when I got done with Far Cry 5 and Ghost of Tsushima.
Luckily it didn't happen after I finished Valhalla, as I jumped straight into Spider-Man Miles Morales then Immortals Fenyx Rising.
Regarding Valhalla... yeah ok, that makes sense. I've played all the proper AC games that have been made including Liberation on the Vita. So while I do still enjoy playing the games, I just don't have the patience (or the will-power) to got for 100%.I had left a lot on the side when completing the main story in games like RDR2 and GTAV, so thought I'd give the completest angle a shot. But yeah, it was a bit mad. Still, loved the game. My first foray into the world of AC.
Well, I'm not alone then. I'm still get a vicarious fix watching my partner finish the game.
Speaking of Ghosts of Tsushima - I just ordered a copy last night. I keep hearing about it and from what I gather it's an amazing game and looks phenomenal on the PS5. That should tide me over until GTAV and The Witcher 3 get their PS5 upgrades.
This may sound like a weird one, but I just spent a few hours playing Space Crusade. Yes, the old 90's DOS game based on the board game. For some reason I've been on a 40K kick for the last month and it won't go away...
I'd prefer the Amiga version, though messing around with emulators and tracking down boot roms is a bit of a pain. DosBox just works.Had fun times with that, but I think I have the Amiga version rather than dos![]()
Does a ZX Spectrum count as a PC? If so then my first PC game was Jetpac.Heroquest on the other hand was probably the first PC game I properly played - at least until I got my 486. Heroquest was played on an old 386sx laptop![]()
