The Nemesis system kind of screwed me over in the first game. There was this one orc who I kept running into who kept kicking my ass and getting stronger and stronger, and I eventually reached a point where I had to kill to him to move on, but at that he was so strong I didn't stand a chance. I ended up giving up and I haven't gotten around to giving it a second go yet.
I started playing A Plague Tale: Innocence a few days ago and I'm really enjoying it.
I played Erica. It was awful.
I had it on PS4, so that may be part of the problem. It was a clunky port and relied on swiping fingertips across the touch pad. who does that? But more importantly, the "choose your own adventure" nature of the "game" meant there should be some adventure, some intrigue, and it being a mystery might have welcomed some kind of plot resolution. It doesn't have those. But it's only 2 hours per play-through, so there's that.Tell me more. I had that on steam in my wishlist because I was very undecided

There's a good idea hidden in the game somewhere, I just never swiped the touchpad properly to find it.
Not sure. I didn't bother it find out. I played through one ending, read ahead on what the others might be because the first was so lousy and decided not to bother any more with it.Holy hell 40 gig for a 2 hour game....... At least it's cheap
The Erica I was thinking of was a different Erica my mistake. I have "Cognition an Erica Reed Thriller" which is an episode based game.
Can you play Erica offline?

Apart from side missions is there much to do once you finish the main quest? I didn't do any of the hunting stuff, just felt it was not what my Aloy needed.
I didn't do any of the hunting quests either, as I felt they were inconsequential filler. I did most of the side-quests, and I wished there were more of them as they filled out some of the lore and were quite interesting. I never really bothered with some of the other stuff such as the crafting and the viewpoint stuff.
