Scotty will accidentally run him down in a shuttle. Spock ends up in a coma and wakes to find himself on the Desilu lot back in 1964. There he meets a chain smoking, hard drinking, homaphobic, sexist writer/producer called Gene "Hunt" Roddenberry.
