What do people think of SNW (spoiler free please)

You obviously did not read my post properly
From TOS to the end of star trek enterprise they never pushed an agenda and they promoted good liberal values now they are trying to make it to much about Left leaning woke values that all I am say, you may not agree but we are all entitled to our own opinions personally I think if they did it the way TNG did it, it would be better.
Again, Star Trek has always pushed "Left leaning woke values". Roddenberry, for all his faults, was very keen and clear on that. That agenda was very much pushed. And often pushed hard.
What are the "bad liberal values" the shows have been promoting, anyway? Name them.

I never said any thing about bad liberal values I agree with liberalism but I don't they should be push hard in TV shows in such a way that it becomes the show.

You said
they promoted good liberal values
which implies there are bad liberal values aka "Left leaning woke values".
As I mentioned, liberal values are the show and always have been. Especially the left leaning ones. Star Trek was not created by Tom Clancy.
So, where's that list of bad liberal values/Left leaning woke values the shows have been "promoting"?

Ok first you are making assumptions it could saying it wrong I don't know.
When I say good old liberal values I mean it my point is TOS to the end of STE it really pushed us to be open minded ie fist kiss between black and white man and woman, black captain, transgender issue etc etc all good stuff but it was done subtlety it did not it did not take over the story and basically putting the story to second place ie it did not preach to us.
Discovery more than SNW went well over the top with lgbt stuff, feminism and transgender none binary etc again all good stuff but I just want to chill out in a bit of escapism not be preached at it is just going to far. No TOS, TNG, DS9, STV and STE did it better and was more enjoyable but that's just my opinion.

To paraphrase Carol Marcus, Star Trek was many things, but subtle was not one of them. Preaching on the other hand definitely was. They literally had two aliens who were white on one side and black on the other in an episode literally about racism. It didn't just take over the story, it was the story.

Over the top in what way? There's another list you can make. Where were they over the top? By just having female and LBGTQ+ characters? Where are the feminism episodes? The LBGTQ+ episodes? The ones that took over the story?
Trek's never been just about escapism. It's escapism with a message. And I'm totally chill with that.

We're here. We're queer and feminist. Get used to it.

And that is your opinion and you are entitled to it.

And you're entitled to your opinion. It's an absolutely idiotic opinion, but you're certainly entitled to it. As others have mentioned, as soon as you start talking about "woke politics", you come off as a..... certain type of person. A type of person who I honestly cannot understand why they watch Star Trek. Clearly, it's not for you. Trek has always been "woke". You just haven't been paying attention.

Yay.

It’s just a great, carefree take on the franchise that is very similar to TOS in style and feel. With everything going on in the world, it’s a wonderful hour of escapist entertainment set in our favorite universe, with a great cast, great production values and some fun sci-if writing.
