What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

I had cheese grits with a pork chop, along with sauteed onions, zucchini & yellow squash. Delicious!

Grilled up some of the left over burgers and dogs from the 4th, made the kids happy...

I had more left over from yesterday than I realised. It was enough without adding to. I enjoy my dinners.

Went out for dinner last night to a nice steak restaurant. I had a rib-eye with a baked potato and salad. It was delicious! It's nice to have a treat now and then.

It's always good to cook more food than you need. :)

I'm not sure when it comes to my chocolate cake. I ended up eating it all tonight. It was supposed to be for two days. :( And what is worst, chocolate cake doesn't fill me up. I'm hungry now, and I won't be able to sleep unless I have something else tonight. I have put on 3 pounds this last couple of weeks as it is. I'm eating more than I usually do for some reason.

Chocolate cake is always delicious cake. :D Yet recently the thought of eating a whole cake by myself is something even I can't contemplate (unless I was bored) - it fills me up too much, I find.

It was only a small cake, not a family size one. Only 2 servings. That was how I planned it anyway :(

Had three hot dogs with bulls eye BBQ sauce smothered on them. For dessert I had a bowl of chocolate ice cream with five belgium chocolate pieces I unwrapped and dropped in, yum.

Caesar Salad, followed by homemade lasagne, chips and more salad.

I agree Keylehr, the secret is most definitely in the wine. I also use a bit of sherry vinegar before the tomatoes go in.

NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! You must make it with love ~ it tastes better :p
I ate it with love. Tasted fantastic..

Besides it was either frozen lasagna or some pinto beans.

As long as the love was there...

I misread that as "you must make love with it".

Probably would taste better too. :bolian:

...and definately not there

Oh wine is always the answer ~ whatever the question :)
