I picked up this checkout counter recipe book on a whim because it looked like it had a lot of good summertime recipes for lighter meals that don't involve turning the oven on for hours.

I don't know about the mushrooms, but I love the soup -and the cheese bread just makes it perfect

I sauteed up some ground turkey and vegetables and served it over pasta. Basic plain jane Tuesday meal.
