Was at my parents last night and had an Asparagus Keish (so good) with roasted Golden Beets and Garlic. We had stuffed Roast Apples for desert with a bit of yogurt sauce.

A Steakhouse Thickburger from Hardee's along with an order of large fries(which I ate before getting out of the restaurant) and a large Dr. Pepper. Good stuff.
Last night was grilled chicken fajitas and Spanish rice.

Grilled skirt steak seasoned with olive oil, parsley and crushed garlic on top, with mashed potatoes and lemon water, followed by a decadent chocolate mousse souffle/pie. YUM!
@auntiehill I did indeed mean quiche lol. Never been able to spell it right haha.
About to have some fish n chips, as it should be almost cooked.
Had Three Cheese Spinach Tortellini with a chicken and ground pork sauce that I made for my brother and I. It was pretty good.
See? I helped you learn something new.Last night was baked fish and breaded shrimp, with green beans for a veggie. Tonight, I think I'll make cheese tortellini.
Chicken and cheesy bread.
Pasta with Ragu sauce.
Warm Italian rice salad with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, green and black olives and pickled red peppers.

Cajun shrimp and a Corona-rita at Bubba Gump Shrimp on the Santa Monica pier with firecrackerrrr.
Spinach and bowtie pasta, with chicken.
Three Whoppers Juniors and some fries from BK. It was a late dinner. Took me a while to finish.
Home made Spaghetti and Meatballs. The pasta was boxed, but I did make the meatballs from scratch
