Lol. My entire plate was brocolli, pretty much.

made Chicken Scampi

Marinated skinless chicken breast breaded with mayo, parmesan and cracker crumbs. Made a sort of fried chicken texture. Was amazing. And huge amounts of carrots, broccoli, peas and potatoes. I took a picture because it was so beautiful, but I can't be bothered to look for it now.
