What Changes Would You Have For "LTBYLB"?

The deletion of any and all shots of The Riddler's dickhead would be nice.

Joe, who once had a Shakespeare bust with tilting head

Give Lokai and Bele one black glove and one white glove each to match the Cheronians in Futurama's "Where No Fan Has Gone Before."

To The BatPoles! The BatPoles are : Bruce Wynewicz and Dick Gryzowski--and sometimes Barbara Gordlesa.

Apropos of little, when I was dating my wife in the late 70s, she and a friend co-owned a pair of lab rats. The rats were white with big black patches. She named them Loki and Beale. I knew she was the perfect woman for me.

Show CGI ruins of Cheron's cities at the end. Like the shattered remnants of the Expanse planet in "Chosen Realm(ENT)" that was destroyed by religious hate and bigotry.

just watched the remastered episode and I have to say I like it! In this edited down version they took out thoughs bad shots of Cheron's ruins and it helps the passing of the episode. There are some great shots of the Enterprise in this episode!

Belai should arrive in a Klingon bird of prey that's white on one side and black on the other. Wouldn't that be kewl?

Pat Benatar's "Love is a Battlefield" should be playing at the end.

The new Cheron from orbit looks kind of cool. I guess those orange glows coming from the surface are burning, smoldering cities at nighttime or something. Effective. And editing out those cheesy background superimpositions of old WWII London Blitz newsreel footage to represent the burning and collapsing cities on Cheron was a good move. They've always been awkward and sucked.

Yeah, they remastered shots of the planet floating in space...from orbit. But nothing new on the surface. No new close-ups of city ruins or anything.

They didn't remaster anything for the shots of Cheron... ?
Not what he said, is it?

I meant the *cities* on Cheron. (As Lokai is heading towards the transporter room, there are brief shots of burning cities on Cheron.) My mistake.

In the RM version, is Beale played by John Astin? ( Sorry, couldn't resist--prolly should have, but couldn't.)

Any changes in the shuttle?

Yes it is obviously shown moving in distress vs. stock footage and has a Starbase 4 registration. I believe the name of the shuttle was DaVinci, hard to tell though. Looks good, however a bit (slightly) cartoonish in the exterior shot from behind the Enterprise in space when the tractor beam starts to bring it into the hanger bay.

When the Enterprise is decontaminating Ariannus it appears it has a open bay underneath the secondary hull which I'm guessing is that red rectangle.
