As the board's resident sperglord regarding Ghostbusters, I feel compelled to point out that the line from the film is "Back off, man. I'm a scientist."
Heh. I say it in Italian anyway. 
I say this one a lot too! I got it from Babylon 5.

I love some of the Wayne's World catchphrases.

Once in a Bill Engvall standup routine he was talking about how his daughter called him while he was on the road and she asked him to buy a CD for her, she said "Pick up some Barenaked Ladies". After about a twenty-second pause Bill goes "All....righty."
Now that's what I always say when I see something unexpected...
