Preparing to eat a lunch of some leftover rotini pasta, a little egg salad and some soda.

Another insane meal. Toasted english muffin with chicken breast, bacon, char-grilled pepper, tomato, sauted red onion and avocado - topped with dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Tasted great! One tip with chicken breasts - bake for no longer than 25 minutes in a preheated oven (180C) and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting in. Delicious and juicy.

A hoagie sandwich on an all-wheat bun with swiss, honey turkey slices, sliced chicken, tomatoes, mustard and little BBQ sauce.

Drinking a tall glass of Coke with ice.

Since I'm not feeling too well tonight I'm taking it easy right now. Just a handful of flavored snack crackers and a little soda.
