For dinner, I made beef milanesa, with carrots and a side of black eyed beans. I'm supposed to be on a high iron diet, which means lots of red meat and beans.


I freakin' HATE beans, but I can deal with the black eyed beans if I put enough Mrs Dash on it. But just barely. :ack:

Stew thing I made with pumpkin, zucchini, mushroom, parsnip, eggplant, tomato, potato, red capsicum, onion and cannelloni beans. grated Parmesan on top. Thin rye toast and glass of cab sav.
