What Are You Eating/Drinking (Any Time)?

Some diet cola and a couple of leftover homemade burgers on wheat pita that I've been meaning to eat. Wheat pitaburgers are amazing if you've never bothered to try them.
 
The crumbs from the bottom of the knäckbröd jar... a most delicious mix of crunchy seeds and breadcrumbs, I'll give it a two thumbs up!

Oh, and some coffee.
 
I had the "lunch-sized" flounder at Surf Rider restaurant in Chesapeake. Absolutely huge piece of fish, plus sweet potato fries and cole slaw. Much more than I usually eat for lunch, but it was sooooo good.
 
Made capellini with chicken-pesto meatballs for dinner. Came out very nicely and only took a few minutes to make.
 
I finally got to finish off a can of snack chips I must have had for a few months or even longer. They were still fresh but I need to stay in the habit of eating these things within a reasonable amount of time after I buy them.
 
Had a turkey sandwich for lunch. Currently downing some Diet Dr. Pepper and pain killers in an attempt to get rid of this crushing headache.
 
Just had chicken in garlic. The sauce I made with one can of chicken broth, one bottle of low sodium soy sauce, one quarter cup garlic chopped, one table spoon red chili flakes, one tbls seasoned rice wine vinegar, one tbls mirin sweet cooking rice wine (substitute cooking sherry), one tbls tamari, one tbls ginger juice (sub minced ginger) and one tbls fish sauce. Add one cup warm water mixed with 4 tbls corn starch to thicken. Savory, not too sweet.
 
A nice bowl of cheddar and broccoli pasta and some diet soda to chase it down. I also finished off some old potato chips.
 
So, my coffee-break was interrupted; hadda go have a couple of beers and bitters (Underberg and Fernet Branca) w. mum... But now I'm ready to have the last of the coffee!
