Just had chicken in garlic. The sauce I made with one can of chicken broth, one bottle of low sodium soy sauce, one quarter cup garlic chopped, one table spoon red chili flakes, one tbls seasoned rice wine vinegar, one tbls mirin sweet cooking rice wine (substitute cooking sherry), one tbls tamari, one tbls ginger juice (sub minced ginger) and one tbls fish sauce. Add one cup warm water mixed with 4 tbls corn starch to thicken. Savory, not too sweet.
