I am eating my dinner.
I fried half an onion and some chopped up bacon in a little olive oil. Then I added some pearl couscous and fried it until it started to brown. Then I added some vegetable stock and some vegetables (peas, finely chopped carrots, pak choi and tomatoes) and I let it simmer until ready.
Delicious.
