You could download a HD version from Apple's site.my screening of Dark Knight didn't have the Watchmen trailer!!
is it worth waiting another few days to see it on the big screen for the first time, or should I just watch it on youtube?

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, it's "The Beginning is the End is the Beginning" by Smashing Pumpkins.
Before I downloaded the HD version, on the low quality YouTube one I saw, I thought it looked like him blacked up for his Tropic Thunder role.Ah cool, must have missed that, cheers!
btw, did anyone else think in that shot of The Comedian with the flame thrower he looked like Robert Downey Jr? Or just me?
I also thought he looked just like Robert Downey, Jr. Confused the hell out of me because I could have sworn he wasn't in it.

EDIT: Just noticed on the Comedian/Robert Downey Jr shot, there's Dr Manhatten's massive legs in the background. Totally missed that before!
And speaking of Doc Manhatten, will he be wearing underpants/Y-Fronts throughout the film, because I can't see how they'll get round having his big blue dong been in every scene like the comic

The scene in the trailer where he "incarnates" for the first time, it does look like it's there.

It looks like there will be at least some point where he doesn't have anything on. If you look carefully (or should I say, if you choose to look at all) at the shot where he's split into three, the one in the background has been the subject of some strategic framing. I suppose, though, they could make it so that he morphs it off... I can't believe where my mind is going...

In the comic, some people express ... discomfort with his lack of modesty and he manifests the Y underpants, wearing them through a good deal of the story.
Trailer looks alright.
I haven't read the comic and this trailer dosn't make me want to read it. It sounds like a comic spoof by the way people here are talking about it and honestly this looks and sounds like a download/rent deal for me.
