Speilberg is one of my favorite directors so I'm thrilled he's doing a DC movie, but I'm a little disappointed he's going with a group of characters I'm not familiar with. I would have loved to see what he could have done with a character like Superman, The Flash, or Green Lantern.

I know he was staying, but this rumor mill is getting nuts over if he'll stay or go.

You don't see anyone raising this much fuss over Chris Evans leaving after the next Avengers flick, people just accept he's put in his work and he's done.

Apparently people care more about Batman than about Captain America.

The simple fact is, Batman film news have proven themselves to make for very successful clickbait, so the online entertainment news sites jump on anything to do an article about it. Like the tweet of some writer living in L.A. reciting a rumor.
