Yep, she can erase the past timeline and because of the timesuit very well end up with Discovery in 28th century protected from all the changes they made. Same ship, same crew, Prime universe (but completely unknown to them). They will still have the spore drive and will be able to upgrade their ship with 28th century tech to stay relevant.

Changes that great would require our Burnham to tell her mother and possibly Leland certain things to ensure they dont go forward with the time suit and never steal a time crystal, its very likely she would still end up in Starfleet just by a different route as her mother and Leland would make sure of it.

Our Burnham could even nudge her younger self in that direction using the suit.

Yes without difficulty, as long as she has that suit she can pretty much arrange things however the hell she likes.

I have a feeling we're about to see a souffle fall flat. They have an awful lot to cram into 65 minutes.

Canada TV has it at 1.5 hours, so that's at least 80 minutes

Oh right, yeah 60 is what I meant.

    I don't know why I was adding 20 to 60 instead of 40.

Undo the Klingon war, Spore Drive, Michael's adoption would be good. As the humans say, no such luck.

Ok how do you determine objectively how something is "better" designed, artistically, than another?

I would hardly call fan re-designs "spam". They are having their fun and I say let them do it. A lot of the work is interesting. So, they're not all "great". So what? Isn't that what IDIC is all about? And....opinions differ. What is hideous to one person may not be to another. Let's not have a lot of Apollos sitting up there on Mount Olympus and looking down in judgment. It will get far too crowded up there. :D

i have a feeling they'll break a few eggs and make a great omelet, but some will claim they were actually trying to make a souffle.

Heh....maybe someone should re-do the 'face' on Mars and make it Burnham's. :D

That's OK, I've already been to the future and have seen your comments. However, I'm all about preserving the timeline, so don't ask me what you said.
