I agree with the Coop problem. It's really disappointing to still have that part of the story still plodding on. I'm hoping Diane finds him and throws some damn fine coffee in his face to pull him out of his funk.
That was brutal seeing a kid run over by a truck like that. And we finally meet Diane and of course she's played by Laura Dern. A lot of people saw that coming.

My thinking is that this episode showed us the birth of Bob in a nuclear explosion, the giant seeing this happening and sending good spirits to help fight him, and then Bob occupying his first host, Laura's grandmother.
That's true. In fact I got my own theory is she is Bob's mom or at least the mom of the human form we saw him take on the first 2 seasons.Nowhere was it mentioned that the girl was Laura's grandma.
