Just breifly looked at the closed thread on Tuvix.

But what two characters would be interesting to see melded?
(or even have the best combi name)

7 of 9 & B`ellana Torres might be interesting. Sevorres?

Since they pretty much hated each other this would have been fun to see.
Perhaps they would run in to the transporter to be de-integrated.

Sudor the homicidal Betazed and anyone. We did sort of see Tuvor/Suvok after their mind meld. Sudor was such a nice change after the bland sweetness of Troi. Sukotay/Chudor might have been interesting - Chakotay's spirituality mixed with Sudor's drive to kill.

I think Neles (Neelix/Kes) would've been interesting to smoosh togather, since they were in a relationship, it would've worked as a metaphor for couples who get too involved with each other to the point that they lose their seperate identities.
