Well, it's time travel, so it doesn't necessarily take place at the same time as Series 6. That being said, it's possible he isn't visiting Earth at this point in history, so he doesn't know about it.
We've seen the Torchwood crew on DW, but i wonder if we'll ever see (not just hear TARDIS) The Doctor on TW. I mean Buffy has made it out to see Angel well at least once.
My 11 year old son LOVES Torchwood, but I'm hearing that now that it's on Starz, it's racier (language and nudity)... Was there evidence of this in the first episode?
Oh.. I meant to ask this earlier...

I'm almost thinking of adding Starz as the wait is killing me, but I don't want to do it if he can't watch it... I'll wait for netflix/DVD if that's the case...

Nah, no sex, nudity or bad language really. A little bit of gore, but, no worse than you would've seen before. Matter of fact, the first episode was one of the tamest Torchwoods in regards to sex.
Look up a couple posts though, Bob The Skutter mentions an upcoming scene you definitely may want to censor.Oh.. I meant to ask this earlier...

Ah.. so a bit of pre-screening will be called for.. No worries.. My wife was watching (for some reason) Species 2 the other day when our son came into the TV room... Right as the scene toward the end when what's-her-name disrobes... Should have seen my wife scramble for the remote..

And ya can't spell Torchwood without usin' the same letters as Doctor Who.

Holy hannah...how'd I miss that?
Barely a spin of(f)...
Captain Jack Harkness was introduced on Doctor Who.
The Torchwood Institute was introduced on Doctor Who.
Jack, Gwen & Ianto have all been on Doctor Who.
Jack has returned to Doctor Who, post-Torchwood intro.
The Doctor has been mentioned (hell, the first season had his hand in a freakin' jar!!!) several times.
And ya can't spell Torchwood without usin' the same letters as Doctor Who.
Its a spin off, dude. Get over yourself.

Or more likely Sexy knows about it, but also know's Jack 'n' Gwen have it handled, so it would be too boring for him.

Ya ever notice how characters first shown on Buffy appeared on Angel, but no characters first shown on Angel appeared on Buffy?
Weird, huh?
