Well in that case would it have been better for them to ask for all the news papers editors.

Jim, I'm afraid I'm going to need all five possible items listed in the polls. Kleenex due to the Ianto thing. Lager and the whore to calm me down enough to drive. Shotgun for the c**t who shipped the DVDs early and thus spoilered the shit out of the ep and sickbag to scrape his remains into and f**king burn the living sh*t out of, the c**t.

I have loved Children of Earth so much so far.

If you want some overreaction to Ianto's death, check out this thread at Live Journal.

I was thinking the same thing as I was watching it. It definitely had a whiff of the Wannsee Conference about it.

to be fair, RTDs could yet find a massive reset button, and everybody lives in episode 5.

more to the point where is Sarah Jane Smith in all of this? great its been confirmed it wont effect her little group, but thats not the point, why is she not sonic lipsticking her way into Thames House, in an attempt to reason with the 456?

or at the very least contacting the Doctor, there is no way she is just sitting back and thinking "oh ill let Torchwood deal with this one" now.

Iantos death very sad, not quite weeping, but still very sad, but the part where COBRA was discussing what they should do was gripping, and really brings home the fact how much theDoctor does for Earth, one alien invasion without him, and we are giving away 10% of the kids, ok its 10% from the bottom of the school league tables, but still they did it, more to the point why has none of them, said "where is the Doctor when we need him?"

Really this is similar to The Christmas Invasion, just if the Doctor had not been there to challenge the Sycoax to a sword fight.

This is a really engaging bit of drama, and when I came back to my TV from other stuff after the episode aired, I wondered why the BBC News was not discussing the alien threat, even more so when I saw part of Question Time.

I'm torn, part of me really wants a reset button to bring Ianto back, but I know I'll probably be bloody annoyed if we get one!

RTD might be responsible for the loss of 10% of the UK population after all...

...yet so many people at GallifreyBase are in tatters over Ianto and yet STILL voting the ep 10/10...

I have a question, if Jack was meant to give them 12 children the first time, and they only got 11, why did they give the cure?
