Game TNG Episode Pitch Game

"Cold Hands" -- During a diplomatic conference, Beverly is surprised to encounter her former lover, Trill ambassador Odan, still in a female host body. The two are thrown together in a fight for survival when a terrorist attack sends them fleeing into the caves beneath the conference site -- where Beverly finds herself wondering if she might still have feelings for Odan. Meanwhile, Troi attempts to suss out an undercover terrorist operative amidst the conference attendees.

(I just saw that season 1 DS9 where Jadzia talks about the cold hands of the Trill)

Next title: "The Crystal Citadel"

"The Crystal Citadel" - Mining ships get attacked and repelled as they approach an asteroid field that they plan to demolish to extract dilithium, which they have a treaty for. Their adversary is an archaeologist who believes that the field is hiding a lost city carved from the mineral. Can Picard balance his duty with his love of ancient civilizations? Meanwhile, Wesley attempts to wade through a long, drawn out (alien) novel to impress a girl.

Next episode: "Let No Man Put Asunder"

A late-season-7 "Bloodlines" for Troi, a final callback to her weird season one beginnings.

"Let No Man Put Asunder" - Troi is shocked when the Enterprise receives a distress call from the Tarellian plague ship (from season one's "Haven") carrying her onetime arranged marriage fiance, Wyatt -- now the sole passenger, all the Tarellian's having died. The away team's attempt at rescue goes awry, when Wyatt abducts Troi and escapes. Troi is horrified to discover that Wyatt has cured himself of the plague with highly dangerous biomemetic gel -- the side effects of which have driven him insane. She must rely on her empathic abilities to gain the trust of her deranged "husband" captor and get control of his ship.

Next episode: "Not Even The Sharpest Of Swords"

"Not Even The Sharpest Of Swords" - While performing batleth exercises in the holodeck, Worf is kidnapped via an ancient transporter activated accidentally by some children exploring an old temple on their homeworld. They believe him to be an ancient hero and ask for his assistance in dispatching a powerful enemy that is menacing their village. Meanwhile, Beverly enlists Data's help in coaxing a frightened young girl who doesn't want to have a needed surgery.

Next episode: "Weightless"

Weightless
Riker, Yar & Laforge are stricken with an unusual illness, when returning from an away mission, on a planet that was in the midst of a polarity shift. Its gravitational effect caused the Enterprise's normal artificial gravity to be far too heavy for them, when they beamed back, causing them to instantly drop to the floor, unable to move upon the transporter pad. Dr. Crusher has them quickly transported into a Zero-G chamber for their treatment, before any irreversible harm is caused. For experience, Wesley is brought in on the team with Data to study how to concoct a way to continue working planet-side, without others suffering the same ill effect.

Next episode: Easier Said than Done

Easier Said than Done
The Enterprise crew is tasked with finalizing a treaty with a newly contacted empire. While the first impressions on either side are positive, things quickly spiral out of control in a comedy of errors. The crew must navigate the empires bureaucratic and Byzantine legal system attempting to finalize the treaty before it becomes even worse.

Next episode: Pax Romulus

Pax Romulus - The Enterprise is transporting the young son of a Romulan official, whose freedom has been negotiated after five years of being held captive, en route to rendezvous with a Romulan vessel that will take him home. Not everyone wants him to return alive, though. The crew must ensure his safe return, as they pass through a dangerous area of space, known for being the site of several suspicious "accidents".

Next episode: "Analog"

Analog - The Enterprise stumbles upon a truly rare find: the USS New Jersey, a fully operational and intact Constitution-class starship in it's original un-refit configuration. After beaming aboard to investigate, the away team is stranded on the older ship when an energy wave of unknown origin strikes both ships, disabling main power on the Enterprise and leaving most emergency systems rendered offline as well, with voice communications, life support and artificial gravity being two of the only systems still functioning. Strangely the USS New Jersey is unaffected by the energy wave and remains fully functional, and it is determined that the older Duotronic Computer systems are more resiliant than the modern day Isolinear chips, which were all fried in the shockwave. The away team on the USS New Jersey must find a way to send a distress signal to the nearest Starbase when it is determined that the older ship cannot tow the Enterprise back to base.

Next Episode: "Luck of the Irish"

For season 5.

"Luck Of The Irish" -- During a routine mission to resupply a remote outpost, O'Brien, Ro, Troi, and Beverly find themselves thrown into a high-stakes battle when the outpost comes under vicious Cardassian attack. The present-day events are interwoven with flashbacks to O'Brien's traumatic Cardassian War posting, where the story of how he became known as "the hero of Setlick III" is revealed to be far more complicated than we knew.

Next episode: "The Dark And Distant Shore"

"The Dark And Distant Shore" - Picard suffers from a fever in a small shuttle craft, floating in the middle of a turbulent space storm, with fragmented memories of the events immediately preceding his jettisoning. To add to his confusion, his memories of the incident take place in various settings - a 17th century ship, a Roman city, a Civil war fort, etc - with his crewmates dressed in different outfits befitting the settings. Can he stay alert enough to find his way out of the storm?

Next episode: "Thrice In A Lifetime"

"Thrice In A Lifetime"

Admiral Nechayev comes aboard for the second time in several weeks (first time being in Journey's End) to inform Picard of some troubling news. They have received intel that someone is sharing Starfleet tactical secrets with the Romulans, and she shows him an image of the person believed to be behind the leak. At first glance it appears to be Sela, but upon closer inspection he is astonished to see what appears to be an older Tasha Yar. Due to their experience on Romulus, Picard and Data go undercover again to find out what the hell is going on over there. Two-part episode. The B-plot brings back Sam Lavelle, who is having trouble dealing with the death of Sito Jaxa, and suffering extreme survivor's guilt. He goes to Deanna to deal with it but her usual approach isn't helping him.

Next time on Star Trek The Next Generation:

"Lost in the Dark of Night"

"Lost in the Dark of Night" - Geordi's VISOR stops working while he is accompanying a troubled Enterprise-D student through the wilderness on an uninhabited planet to observe an eclipse for her class science project. He must rely on the child's guidance to find his way, even as he helps her accept her own disability. Meanwhile, Deanna and Will attempt to locate a particular copy of a bedtime story that her father used to read to her.

Next episode: "Trace Evidence"

Trace Evidence
From a Cardassian defector, the Enterprise crew learns of the possible existence of a highly illicit trade network between the Cardassian Union and both the Klingon and Romulan Empires, right though Federation territory. In their hunt to expose at least a part of this network, at each step Picard & co obtain tantalising glimpses the defector may have told them the truth, but never quite enough to catch anyone. When they turn towards the defector again in their frustration, to see if he can tell them anything he didn't tell them the first time, it seems he vanished into thin air. Was he ever a defector in the first place or an operative?
In the B plot, Wesley is fed up with all the tall tales Geordi told him of his romantic conquests and asks him to back it up with some proof. They have a fallout (but reconcile at the end of the episode).

That was my 1st entry back on page one lol  but I'll come up with another post for it, to get us going again :)

A Matter of Matter
The Enterprise enters an unusual region of space where the molecular cohesion of all organic life aboard the ship begins breaking down. Remembering how Montgomery Scott had used the transporter pattern buffer diagnostic cycle to preserve himself, Geordi & Data work rapidly to make it possible for the entire 1000+ person complement of the ship to be similarly stored, So Data can then use a holographic Enterprise crew to navigate the ship to safety

In a B plot, the holographic Enterprise crew they find & use was created by Barclay, who we discover had been using it to help him become better able with his post. Some of the programs are so involved that Geordi determines that they might qualify him for some advanced training recognition that could earn him a promotion, a rare occurrence, cited by Troi, of how his holodeck use might be beneficial to him, for a change.

Next Episode: Done And Done

Done And Done - Riker must secure critical medical supplies for Enterprise-D from a planet whose economy is based on bartering goods and services rather than money. Has he inadvertently promised more to his cultural guide than he's authorized to give? Meanwhile, Deanna and Geordi trade unpleasant chores with each other that neither wants to perform.

Next episode: "Parabola"

“Parabola” - While taking a detour to evade subspace eddys to reach Starbase 81, the Enterprise encounters a starship that appears in multiple locations at once. After determining that it does not involve holographic trickery, the Enterprise attempts to communicate with the ship, only for the ship to send a message back to not complete their detour. Or they shall suffer the same fate as their ship – scattered across space as light and stay this way forever. Will the crew of the Enterprise heed this warning from this mysterious crew, or will they take their chances and complete their detour?

Next episode - "To Seek Out New Life"

"To Seek Out New Life" - Enterprise responds to a distress call from a colony world on the Federation frontier suffering a medical emergency. Despite the world being Class-M and deemed suitable for habitation, many of the colonists begin suffering from mysterious illnesses that have no apparent cause. Enterprise discovers the illnesses stem from a never-before encountered type of radiation, that initially seems to appear from nowhere. Eventually, Data and Geordie figure out that the radiation is a type of scan that unintentionally harms organic life, being amplified from a sub-atomic origin. In turn, they devise a way to "shrink" a message, making contact with a sub-atomic intelligent life form simply attempting to explore and seek out new life, just as they do. The message is received, and the sub-atomic lifeforms cease their scans, apologetic about the damage caused. Meanwhile, Wesley Crusher helps Alexander fix a science experiment gone wrong, having flooded Worf's quarters with insects that reproduce exponentially.

Next Episode - "The Uncanny Valley"

“The Uncanny Valley” - The Enterprise encounter a small fleet created from some of the crew’s earliest assignment – Picard and Beverly on the USS Stargazer, Riker and La Forge on the USS Hood, Data on the USS Trieste, Deanna’s and Worf’s first assignments, and even O’Brien on the USS Rutledge. And the crews are perfect replicas of themselves from those periods, right down to their general behaviours. Noticing that these crews are all android in nature, the Enterprise crew attempts to learn of their origins, and in the process learn that these androids were part of insidious yet abandoned plot to replace them by Cardassian cyberneticists.

Next episode – “Severance Package”

“Severance Package” - Enterprise-D is called upon to intercept a Starfleet lieutenant who believes he was wrongly discharged dishonorably, has absconded with his former posting, a science ship full of experimental technology, and is en route to enemy territory. Meanwhile, Deanna tries to help an adrift crew member find her perfect position aboard the ship.

Next episode: "Still Life"

"Still Life" - In a follow-up to "The Inner Light", Captain Picard took the opportunity to have the Enterprise assist with an archeological dig. Within the ruins of a dead world, an old-style photograph is discovered intact, featuring architecture that appeared not-native to the civilization being studied. The photograph triggered memories in Picard of his "past life" on Kataan, realizing that the photograph was taken on that world, and was evidence that those people had sent more probes out with pieces of their culture. Troi helps Picard deal with the memories resurfacing, while Picard finds hope and solace in the realization that more of Kataan may have survived than he previously thought. Data dabbles into photography, being inspired by the archeological find, although he struggles with understanding how the create art in such a fashion.
